Haikyuu!! Big Bang

About
The Haikyuu!! Big Bang is an event to celebrate the Haikyuu!! fandom.
Big bangs are challenges where writers, betas, and artists collaborate to write a fic with accompanying art. Writers write fics and betas and artists choose their desired fic to draw for and help with. There is no theme or prompt, so long as it’s about our favourite volleyball players!
This year's Big Bang will occur in form of a tiered bang! This means there are two options (tiers) for everyone to choose from.
TIER 1
Writers : Writers are expected to provide a fic with at least 5,000 words by the end of the big bang. The fic may be about anything and with any character and pairing (or no pairing at all).
Artists : Artists are expected to provide at least one full artwork for the big bang. They must be fully-colored with a background. If you aren’t comfortable with drawing scenery or anything of that nature, patterned or gradient backgrounds are fine as long as the rest of the picture has enough details to make up for it.
TIER 2
Writers : Writers are expected to provide a fic with at least 15,000 words by the end of the big bang. The fic may be about anything and with any character and pairing (or no pairing at all).
Artists : Artists are expected to provide at least two full artworks for the big bang. They must be fully-colored with a background. If you aren’t comfortable with drawing scenery or anything of that nature, patterned or gradient backgrounds are fine as long as the rest of the picture has enough details to make up for it.

FAQ
What is a Big Bang exactly?
“A Big Bang is a specific type of challenge usually involving long fics and accompanying artwork.” — Fanlore
In order to celebrate the growth of the Haikyuu!! fandom, we will be pairing up writers and artists to create long fics and accompanying artwork!
Are there any restrictions?
The minimum word count for the Haikyuu!! Big Bang will be either 5,000 words (Tier 1) or 15,000 words (Tier 2) on 2020.
And for artists a minimum of one (1) piece of work for Tier 1 or two (2) pieces of work for Tier 2
This challenge is for Haikyuu!! characters only—no crossovers!
How do I participate?
First, go to our sign-up link which we will be posted when it starts! You can sign up from July 26th to August 30th.
If you’re a writer, however, it doesn’t end there! You must have an summary submitted by September 20th. More information on submitting summaries will be available at a later point in time.
Are you an artist? Artists are required to come back and submit a short list of potential fics they’re interested in writing for by September 27th! More information on this will also be available closer to this date.
Do authors get input on which artist or beta they get?
Unless there are extenuating circumstances between the writer and artist, we will be matching up pairs based on artists’ preferences and comfortability on what they would like to draw.
The same can be said about their beta, but writers may simply choose not to have a beta work with them, if they’re uncomfortable working with one.
How does the final submission process go?
Participants are expected to submit their works through a Google Form which will be posted under the tag of the current HQBB event.
Writers are expected to give a link to their posted work as well as fill out details as one would when posting to AO3 and provide both their artist and their beta. Artists are expected to provide a link to their posted work and a preview image (500x200px landscape) (but the mods can be the ones to make it) and provide their writer.
The mods will be the ones to make the final masterposts in HQBB. It will include all the details given by the writers and the image used will be the preview image of the artist. The preview image will link you to the full view of the artwork.
You will find the final works under the HQBB Work tag as well as the AO3 Parent Collection.
